The RMC Paladins finished the second game of their road trip weekend, taking on the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks. The team from Oshawa defeated RMC 12-0.

The Ridgebacks got on the scoreboard first, putting one in net in the fifth minute off the foot of Tara Sisic. Samantha Russell added the second goal 13 minutes later to give Ontario Tech a 2-0 advantage. The Ridgebacks added three more to make it 5-0 at the half.

Ontario Tech added seven in the second half.

Forward Courtney Drew had the lone shot on goal for the Paladins.

The Paladins will return home next weekend where they will welcome in the Laurentian Voyageurs on Saturday (Sept. 16) at 3 p.m.

Les Ridgebacks ont ouvert la marque à la cinquième minute sur un but de Tara Sisic. Samantha Russell a doublé l'avance des locales 13 minutes plus tard et les Ridgebacks ont ajouté trois autres buts en première demie pour porter la marque à 5-0.

Ontario Tech a marqué sept autres buts en deuxième demie.

L'attaquante Courtney Drew a réussi le seul tir au but des visiteuses.

Les Paladins seront de retour à la maison le weekend prochain ou elles accueilleront les Voyageurs de l'Université Laurentienne, le samedi 16 septembre à 15 h.
