The RMC Paladins earned their fourth result of the season Saturday afternoon in Oshawa, picking up in a single point in comeback fashion. Playing in their second last road game of the season, RMC scored a goal in stoppage time to secure a 1-1 tie against the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks.
For much of the first half, the two teams went back and forth but neither side was able to breakthrough.
That changed in the 41
st minute though when the Ridgebacks opened the scoring.
The Paladins did their best to push back all throughout the second half. Although they were held scoreless through the initial 90-minutes, the Paladins continued to fight and would find their equalizer in the third minute of stoppage team.

Angelica Labelle, sent in a free kick from just outside the box. Although her shot was stopped,
Bellarosa Ternes was able to get her head on the rebound to tie the match at 1-1.

Brianna West made a fully stretched diving save to keep the score tied.
With just two games to go in the 2025 season, RMC will return home tomorrow (5 October) for the team's senior day against the Nipissing Lakers. The match is set for 1300hr.
Les Paladins du CMR ont obtenu un quatrième résultat cette saison, samedi après-midi à Oshawa, décrochant un point grâce à une remontée spectaculaire. Disputant leur avant-dernière rencontre sur la route de la saison, le CMR a inscrit un but dans la reprise du temps arrêté pour soutirer un match nul 1-1 aux Ridgebacks d'Ontario Tech.
Pendant la majeure partie de la première mi-temps, les deux équipes se sont échangé les occasions sans qu'aucune des deux ne parvienne à trouver le fond du filet adverse.
Tout a changé à la 41e minute quand les Ridgebacks ont ouvert la marque.
Les Paladins ont fait de leur mieux pour revenir au pointage tout au long de la deuxième demie. Bien qu'ils n'aient pas marqué pendant les 90 premières minutes, les Paladins ont continué à se battre et ont égalisé durant la troisième minute des arrêts de jeu.
La meilleure buteuse de l'équipe,
Angelica Labelle, y est allée d'un coup franc juste à l'extérieur de la surface. Bien que son tir ait été arrêté,
Bellarosa Ternes a su reprendre le rebond de la tête pour égaliser la marque 1-1.

Brianna West a effectué un arrêt en plongeant de tout son long pour maintenir l'égalité.
Avec deux matchs à faire à la fin de la saison 2025, le RMC sera de retour à domicile demain (5 octobre) pour la journée des étudiants de dernière année contre les Lakers de Nipissing. Le match est prévu pour 13 h.
