The RMC Paladins men's hockey program is pleased to announce that Nathan Windle has committed to playing for RMC beginning in the 2026-27 season.
"RMC Hockey is excited to welcome Nathan to our program. Nathan brings intelligence, mobility, and a strong two-way presence on the back end," said Paladins head coach
Richard Lim. "His ability to play with poise, defend hard, and move the puck efficiently fits the identity we are building, and we expect him to contribute immediately within our lineup."
"Beyond that, his character and work ethic align with the culture and standards of RMC."
From Aurora, Ontario, Windle joins the Paladins having spent the last two seasons playing in the OJHL with the Stouffville Spirit.
The 6-foot-1 defenceman recorded 20 points in 52 regular season games last year. In 12 playoff games this season, Windle went on to add another two goals and an assist.
"I am choosing RMC because it has a strong business program," Windle said. "It also provides leadership and military training that will help me develop discipline, resilience, and skill to become a confident capable leader."
"RMC also allows me to continue my hockey career at a high level on a team with a bright future."

Originaire d'Aurora, en Ontario, Windle rejoint les rangs des Paladins après avoir disputé les deux dernières saisons avec le Spirit de Stouffville dans l'OJHL.
Le défenseur de 6-pieds-1 a amassé 20 points en 52 matchs du calendrier régulier la saison dernière. Il a ajouté deux buts et une mention d'aide en 12 matchs éliminatoires cette année.
« J'ai choisi le CMR parce qu'il y a un solide programme en études commerciales, a déclaré Windle. On y offre aussi une formation militaire et en leadership qui m'aidera à développer mon sens de la discipline, ma résilience et ma capacité à devenir un leader confiant et compétent. Le CMR me permet aussi de poursuivre ma carrière au hockey à un haut niveau dans une équipe qui a un brillant avenir ».
