• Placed second and third in Sparring at four Canadian Championships, 1997, 1999, 2004-2005
• Placed third in Poomsae at the US Cup, 2000
• Ranked Top third fighter at Ontario Championships, 2001-2003
• Competed at four CISM World Championships, 2002-2004, 2006
• Placed first in Poomsae at the Canada Open and RMC Outstanding Athlete Award recipient as top 2^nd year cadet, 2003
• Placed first in Poomsae and Sparring at two Ivy-Northeast Collegiate Taekwondo League Championships, 2003-2004 (MVP in 2004)
• Placed first in Poomsae at the US Open and RMC Club of Canada Trophy recipient as top 3^rd year cadet, 2004
• First taekwondo athlete at RMC to earn the Tommy Smart Cup (Male Athlete of the Year), 2005
• First taekwondo athlete at RMC to compete in Summer Universiade, 2005
• Placed first in Poomsae and Sparring and was named MVP at the International Open Friendship Taekwondo Championships, 2006
• Placed first in Poomsae and Sparring at the New Brunswick Open, 2006
• Placed third at the Olympic Team Trials (2007), was designated Team Canada’s second alternate for 2008 Olympic Games
• Placed third in Poomsae and fourth in Sparring at Canadian Championships, 2010

• Premier en poomsae à l’Open du Canada et lauréat du Prix d’athlète par excellence du CMR comme cadet de deuxième année, 2003
• Premier en poomsae et en combats dans le cadre de deux Championnats de la Ligue universitaire Ivy-Northeast, 2003-2004 (athlète par excellence en 2004)
• Premier en poomsae à l’Open des États-Unis et lauréat du Trophée du Club du Canada du CMR comme meilleur cadet de troisième année, 2004
• Premier athlète de taekwondo au CMR à remporter la Coupe Tommy Smart (remise à l’athlète masculin de l’année), 2005
• Premier athlète de taekwondo au CMR à participer aux Jeux mondiaux universitaires d’été, 2005
• Premier en poomsae et en combats et athlète par excellence aux Championnats internationaux de l’Open international de l’amitié de taekwondo, 2006
• Premier en poomsae et en combats à l’Open du Nouveau-Brunswick, 2006
• Troisième aux Essais de l’équipe olympique (2007) et désigné comme deuxième substitut d’Équipe Canada pour les Jeux olympiques de 2008.

• A participé à deux Jeux militaires mondiaux comme capitaine d’Équipe Canada, 2011, 2015
