• 1964 & 1965 – Fort Frederick Trophy winner
• 1964-65 – Set OSLAA Football single game and season record for most receptions
• 1964-65 – OSLAA All-Star - Football
• 1964-65 – 2nd in OSLAA Scoring – Basketball
• 1965-66 – 2nd in OSLAA scoring & OSLAA All-Star – Basketball
• 1966 – Prince of Wales and Harris-Bigelow Trophy winner and Tommy Smart Cup co-winner
Accomplishments outside CMC:
• 1966 – Drafted by the Toronto Argonauts (CFL)
• 1972-74 – Played semi-professional basketball with the Ottawa Honest John’s Braves
• 1977-78 – Won two regional private club basketball championship with Kurofune (Japan)
• 1981 – Won the men’s “Plate” in the 6th Japan National Open Squash Championship
• 1982-83 – Competed at the international level for the Indonesia Rugby Union “Rhinos”
• 2003-present – Won 15+ club and regional golf championships in Ontario and Australia
